In 2017 we purchased a home with a heritage overlay in Torquay, Victoria – Seaview Villa. Built in the late 1800’s much of it was decrepit and as you can imagine it was a huge undertaking to re-build and imitate the original site. We also planned to build a large family home onto the original villa. Christian had the privilege of working along side Nathan with a project in Melbourne being completed by channel Nine’s The Block. So impressed with Nathan’s workmanship, professionalism and nature we knew he was the right person the complete our large project. We certainly chose the right person.
His attention to detail, dedication to each project and natural ability as a carpenter and builder were remarkable. His insight, recommendations, patience and work ethic make him, in our experience, literally the best builder we’ve met. Now living in our stunning home we are so grateful for the suggestions and extra attention he paid to critical areas we use. We will be forever grateful for his dedication and gift to the many generations whom will call Seaview Villa their home.
